Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are included within the product price; however certain locations will be subject to charges. The locations are:
- Scotland
- Northern Ireland
We can’t guarantee safe delivery of heavy/bulky items to these areas and as such, we’ve restricted some products to mainland UK only.
How do I know what delivery options are available to me?
You will be able to see if a product is deliverable to your address upon checkout. If you are from one of the locations above and the item looks to be heavy (for example, a high loft bed), there is a high chance we cannot deliver, and you will not be able to checkout.
What are your delivery days and times?
Our delivery times are outlined below, please note that some couriers will send a SMS notification or email (sometimes both).
All couriers are Monday to Friday and their times are normally:
- XDP – 8am to 8pm
- DX – 8am to 6pm
- ParcelForce – 8am to 6pm
- DHL – 8am to 6pm
Do you offer ‘Next Day Delivery’?
All of our products are shipped on a ‘next working day’ service excluding Scotland and Northern Ireland. The service for these locations is 2 – 5 working days.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, at an additional cost (available at checkout).
Why do I have to pay an extra delivery charge?
Some areas will be required to pay an extra delivery charge due to your location. This is not something that we want to charge, however it is something that our courier company charges for areas that are considered harder to reach.
Regarding the Scottish Highlands, the contracted courier service has to organise a third-party company to collect the goods and deliver them to Scottish Highlands as these destinations can often be hard to reach.
I want my order to be delivered on a specific day. Is it possible?
Yes. If this is required, please place your order and then email your order ID and specific day. Weekends are excluded unless the additional charge has been paid.
Can you contact me prior to delivery?
No, due to the number of orders we process, we can’t keep tabs on every order we ship out the door. Our couriers should be providing a time slot or notification to you of when they’ll attempt delivery. Please make sure you supply an up-to-date mobile phone number and email address.
The courier drivers will not call you, again, due to the number of parcels they must deliver on a tight schedule, they simply will not do this unless a special delivery service has been paid for.
Do you provide a bed assembly service?
No, but there are plenty of services in the UK that can help you with this. These can be easily found by popping the question into a search engine.
